SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h4>\n

ORDERS:<\/strong> Our minimum order value is \u00a3150 ex-VAT with a carriage charge of \u00a310. All prices are subject to change and are invoiced at the price applicable on the day the order is placed. By sending the order, you have accepted and agreed our Terms & Conditions and that you will not distribute our products on Amazon.<\/p>\n

CARRIAGE: <\/strong>Mainland UK: Under \u00a3300 ex VAT \u2013 Carriage, Packing & Handling charged at \u00a315. Over \u00a3300 ex VAT \u2013 carriage paid for Mainland UK.<\/p>\n

Carriage extra: Offshore Islands & R.O.I \u00a325 extra. (or Carriage paid \u00a3450)<\/p>\n

DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER:<\/strong>\u00a0Goods are transported at the risk of the customer in all cases. Any breakages \/ damages \/ discrepancies must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of this notification within the specified time.<\/p>\n

RETURNS:<\/strong> Goods may only be returned by a formal agreement between the seller and purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for carriage expenses and risk. All return items must be in their original packaging to be accepted.<\/p>\n

TERMS OF PAYMENT (UK):<\/strong> PROFORMA<\/p>\n

30 days credit is available upon application after the first 2 orders – this is subject to approval.<\/p>\n

TERMS OF PAYMENT (OVERSEAS):<\/strong>\u00a0Payment by bank transfer in advance of despatch.<\/p>\n

DELAY OR DEFAULT OF PAYMENT:<\/strong>\u00a0Failure to settle your account within the agreed period will result in your account automatically changing to a pro forma basis. No further orders will be despatched until all amounts are settled in full. RESERVATION OF TITLE<\/h4>\n

1.1<\/strong>\u00a0The goods shall be at the Buyer\u2019s risk as from delivery.<\/p>\n

1.2<\/strong>\u00a0In spite of delivery having been made, property in the goods shall not pass from the Seller until the Buyer shall have paid the price plus VAT in full; and no other sums whatever shall be due from the Buyer to the Seller.<\/p>\n

1.3<\/strong>\u00a0Until property in the goods passes to the Buyer in accordance with clause (1.2) the Buyer shall not hold the Goods and each of them on a fiduciary basis as the bailee for the Seller. The Buyer shall store the Goods (at no cost to the Seller) separately from all other goods in its possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as the Seller\u2019s property.<\/p>\n

1.4<\/strong>\u00a0Until such time as property in the Goods passes from the Seller the Buyer shall upon request deliver up such goods as have not ceased to be in existence or resold to the Seller. If the Buyer fails to do so the Seller may enter upon any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Buyer where the Goods are situated and repossess the Goods.<\/p>\n

1.5<\/strong>\u00a0The Buyer shall insure keep insured the Goods to the full Price against \u2018all risks\u2019 to the reasonable satisfaction of the Seller until the date that the property in the Goods passes from the Seller, and shall whenever requested by the Seller produce a copy of the policy insurance. Without prejudice to the other rights of the Seller, if the Buyer fails to do so all sums whatever owing by the Buyer to the Seller shall forthwith become due and payable.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner gap=”0″][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

DISPUTES<\/h4>\n

Any dispute will be settled under English law in the courts of London who are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale.
